Who is Rick Ross? Who is Tim Ryan? What is SIST?
Let's get a few basic facts straight here about Shawano, Rick Ross and Tim Ryan, and SIST.

First of all, what does Rick Ross, a so-called 'cult expert' from Phoenix, now living in New Jersey, have to do with Shawano, a small town in northern Wisconsin that he has never visited? Why would this man team up with Tim Ryan, Shawano Leader reporter, to psychologically attack, threaten, intimidate, and pressure a small group of individuals under the name of SIST who are raising funds to build a world-class educational institute in Shawano? These are frequently asked questions (FAQs) around Shawano.
NOW, for the first time, we present FACTS on Rick Ross and Tim Ryan for your FAQs
Rick Ross
pretends to be a cult expert; in fact, by his own admission he has only a high school education. See what other 'experts' have to
say about Rick Ross.

Rick Ross's organization has a website on which he presents collections of articles about various groups. While his disclaimer says that these collections are "for the convenience of researchers and those concerned... for educational purposes only," his behavior and responses to individuals who have questioned him on this topic suggest otherwise. Rick Ross has a web page on SIST and 'Rama Behera', failing to state that the individual in question legally and openly changed his name to Dr. R. C. Samanta Roy decades ago. Ross's site also has information on Herbalife International, a nutritional company, and on Chabad Lubavitch, a Jewish religious movement founded in Russia many years ago, along with other religious and non-religious groups who have the distinction of not being in the mainstream dominant religion, i.e., not Catholic or Lutheran. (Supposedly this person is a Jew himself, but he certainly fooled us. Actually, we found he is not, but a Catholic in disguise.) While listing all these other groups by name, tell us why he hides child molestation by Catholic priests and Lutheran ministers under the title 'Clergy abuse'?? Anyway, the 'collection' of articles on the web page on 'Rama Behera' consists of nearly 90 articles (and counting). You'd expect with such a large collection, you'd find a huge number of sources; after all, for Herbalife, always in the top ten most popular sites on www.rickross.com, there are only 16 articles dating all the way back to 1998, and these come from 11 different sources. You'd also expect some significant news in those many articles. Now take another look at the page on 'Rama Behera'. Of the 87 articles on the site today, 82 of them were written within the last three years, and at least 90% of these are from the Shawano Leader, and almost 100% of those were written by Tim Ryan. Most of the articles document in excruciating detail the disagreements and conflicts between Shawano local governement, i.e., mayor Lorna Marquardt, and SIST. We're hard pressed to find anything that looks like real news in any of these articles. What is going on here? This is starting to look like organized harrassment. Just for fun, we started keeping track of when Tim Ryan's articles appear on Rick Ross's website. It takes no time from when the article appears in the Shawano Leader until it appears on www.rickross.com. Every article that Tim Ryan writes on SIST/Rama Behera/Dr. R. C. Samanta Roy has a direct and rapid link to www.rickross.com. Does this really look like an impartial 'collection of articles from various sources... for educational purposes'?? What could be the reason behind this? Actually, it looks like the Shawano Leader and its reporter, Tim Ryan, along with Leader publisher Rod Christenson and editor Kent Tempus, are using Rick Ross to label SIST as a Shawano cult. Why is this? Is Rick Ross working undercover for some purpose? How come he never singles out any mainstream church clergymen, those who have done
terrible things to mankind?
He is working undercover to hurt minorities, to hurt their image and make their success to be a dream never come true. To make them feel that they are not in the land of freedom. To make them feel that this land belongs to someone else who makes their own laws and policies to oppress the minority.
The most powerful annual event in Shawano, and even in the state of Wisconsin, is the Stars of Karting racing event at
USA International Raceway,
owned by SIST. Despite Tim Ryan's eagerness to report in excruciating detail on every negative happening between SIST and Shawano, the
Stars of Karting event
was not even covered by the Shawano Leader.
Thanks to Tim Ryan, whose true feelings toward SIST and Dr. Samanta Roy you can see above, Rick Ross has more articles on SIST than he has on bin Laden, at the present time the most internationally focused person. This demonstrates the very powerful evil intent to socially, psychologically, and financially crush minorities such as SIST and Dr. Samanta Roy.
We said this would be the FACTS to answer questions, but it looks like the facts are raising even more questions.
In our opinion, someone should investigate Rick Ross, and start a collection of articles about every time he gets a parking ticket, every time he breaks the law and gets taken to court, every time he is arrested for robbery... You can see plenty of
what other people think of Rick Ross
on his own website. He has another web page called
Hall of Flames,
where you can see what people think. Suffice it to say that many people strongly disagree with his tactics and labeling techniques of calling everyone a cult.
Let's leave this unpleasant topic with a final thought on this statement from Rick Ross's website (speaking about himself):
“If you follow the linked discussion section to the entry about me you can see that this popular place on the Worldwide Web can become a venue for those that wish to attack someone or something they don't like.”
What makes him or anyone think the
Shawano Leader
articles, all written by the same Tim Ryan, might not fall into the same category?? If someone can do it to you, Rick, they can do it to anyone. Take a backwards look once in a while.
